The Hamlet is a residential community for people 55 years and older on beautiful Lopez Island in the San Juan Islands, Washington State.

We offer 14 Garden Cottages, seven one-bedroom and seven two-bedroom homes for lease to fully independent adults; plus Hamlet House, our Adult Family Home which has the ability to serve 8 residents. Our idyllic setting is perfect for people who are looking to downsize, move closer to their children, simplify their lives or need assistance with daily living.

The Hamlet is conveniently located within easy walking distance of local restaurants, a community center, medical clinic, post office, bank, pharmacy, grocery store, deli, bakery, art galleries, pea patch, churches and a seasonal farmers’ market.
