The Hamlet House is our Adult Family Home. It includes six private rooms each with half bath, a common living room, parlor, dining room, kitchen. Two of the six rooms are designated for residents with modest income. Our goal is to provide a loving, safe, attentive home environment treating our residents as family members. We received our state certification April 24, 2008.
The Hamlet House residents enjoy three meals per day, snacks, housekeeping and laundry service, assistance with activities of daily living, medication supervision and assistance with transportation.
We provide on-site supervision 24 hours each day.
Monthly Rent is $5,300, effective 6/1/15. Reduced rate is available for those with modest income.

Admission criteria follow Washington State and Hamlet House Adult Family Home Guidelines that include a pre-admission assessment by a team comprised of medical and social services professionals. As each individual is unique, the assessment will determine the level of services needed and whether the Hamlet House can provide the customized care needed by that person. Generally, Hamlet House will be able to provide services to those who will benefit from personal assistance in a group home environment.
